Staying healthy can be a little tricky at times, especially when it comes to our children’s health. Were you aware that out of every nine instances that a child is given food that ignites an allergic reaction within the child, one of those nine children was actually given that food they are allergic to on purpose? If a parent is trying to help their child’s quest for staying healthy, why would they do such a thing? For some, it boggles the mind, but for others, there is a specific reason.

A recently new study has suggested that the reason that a parent would do anything like this is to actually purposely trigger the food allergy within that child. While many doctors and scientists are somewhat baffled by this new batch of health tips parents are receiving, some have suggested that parents are doing this just to see if their child has actually outgrown the allergy.

Though we are happy that we can finally be done with those heavy winter jackets and gloves, we must now make sure that we head to our local pharmacy and pile up on those allergy meds we so desperately need. Here is some health advice that you can use to manage those seasonal allergies.

The best way to avoid spring allergies is to prepare for them in advanced. with spring season comes those annoying and frustrating spring allergies. If you live on the east coast of the United States, the spring pollen season will start much earlier than you may realize. With that said, if you know that you suffer through terrible spring allergies, begin taking your allergy medications in mid to late February to prepare. If you do this, you will fair a lot better in the long run.
